On February 5, 2003, the Joint Procedure Committee filed a Petition for Amendment of North Dakota Rule of Cout 8.5, Domestic Relations Summary Proceeding, which removes the Term from the current rule. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, the amendments to N.D.R.Ct. 8.5 are ADOPTED effective immediately.
